Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were fairly basic, they were very comfortable, and I didn't miss having slippers. However, the bed was not very comfy, and the lack of shampoo or shower kits, as well as the cleanliness of the bathroom, was a letdown. The service, on the other hand, was a mix of being overcharged for breakfast with a poor exchange rate but having professional and attentive staff who were exceedingly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was perfect, especially for walking to Zaytoona Bay and the seaside, even though there are better areas in the city. The dining experience was underwhelming, with repetitive and unimpressive food options, although the restaurant setting was nice. The facilities overall were acceptable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable, although having more conveniently located plug points would have been helpful. The service was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring Beirut, as it was close to many attractions. The dining experience was pleasant, although I wished there were more options available.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but could use a bit of refurbishment. The service was fantastic, especially thanks to Marwan, although they seemed a bit understaffed during busy times. The location was convenient, nestled between downtown and Zaitunay Bay, making it easy to explore Beirut. The dining options were decent, offering a variety of Lebanese and international dishes. Overall, a good value for money choice for a stay in Beirut.
